Returns and timing
When will my order arrive?
Order before noon for same-day in the near and mid zones. The far zone arrives the next day.
Can I return something?
Unopened food and supplies within fourteen days, no questions asked.
What if my cat refuses an opened bag?
Bring it back within a week and we swap it for another brand at the same size.
